is a really good idea. Of course, you have more subjects that you have to study beyond English A Language and Literature. In fact, if you are studying for the full IB Diploma, you will have five additional subjects to study, you must complete an Extended Essay (EE), a course in Theory of Knowledge, and you must fulfill the requirements for Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). It's a lot to contend with! Nevertheless, you should aim over time to develop a broad sense of how you will be assessed in each course component. You don't have to know the detail. That is unlikely to help you. Instead, learn the basics of the marking criteria for each assessed task. It will help!
