What is the most important thing about art education?Art teachers teach many things, among them composition, drawing skills, manipulation of materials and techniques, art history and understanding cultural context, conceptualizing, developing ideas, building on skills, self evaluating... but throughout all of this we are really teaching students how to think creatively in order to become independent creative thinkers...
